Duties & Responsibilities Provide informed advice and support to customers on Toyota parts and accessories. Accurately identify and interpret parts using Toyota's electronic parts catalogue. Process customer orders using Tune Classic, Toyota's Dealer Management System. Assist in managing inventory to ensure parts are available when needed, per customer requirements. Maintain a high standard of customer service in person, over the phone, and via email. Assist in maintaining a well-organised parts department, including contributing to a harmonious and professional culture. Uphold Toyota's commitment to safety and quality standards. Align with our business values "Safety First", "Can Do", "Ask the Question", "Do the Right Thing", & "Mutual Respect". Skills & Experience Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter in the automotive industry preferred but not essential. Strong knowledge of automotive parts and components. Able to use electronic parts catalogues and inventory management systems, namely Microcat EPC, would be advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Valid driver's license.
