Parts / Admin Clerk
Lombardi Bros located in the Bentley Area is an automotive smash repairs company looking for a full-time Parts/Admin clerk Mon – Fri to join our friendly team.
The Role:
This role will involve Parts Management and performing general administrative duties, which may include but are not limited to the following tasks:

Assist with Data Entry into our Panel & Paint system – training will be provided
Excellent Phone Manner
Parts department management
General office duties such as filing, sorting, document binding, liaising with the courier
Administration support for our management team
Willingness to learn and progress
Reliable

We are looking for a bright, happy, cheerful applicant who has excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a track record in offering outstanding customer service. You will also need computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook and be willing to learn how to use an in-house database.
The ability to interact with the staff (at all levels) in a dynamic environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to the role.
