Some of the things you'll be working on... Strategic Partnerships Engage with brands to develop long-term and multi-year strategic partnerships. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including brand managers and decision-makers. Manage and maintain existing partnerships, ensuring their success and growth. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement a comprehensive new business strategy. Identify target markets, industries, and potential clients to expand our client base. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth. Drive Sales and Revenue Generation Pitch and sell innovative and multi-faceted media plans to clients, offering revenue opportunities across print, digital, social, display, and video production. Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively showcasing the value and benefits of our media offerings. Identify additional revenue opportunities within existing client accounts. Experience you'll need... Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in business development roles, preferably in the media or advertising industry. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch and articulate complex media plans to clients. Solid understanding of various media channels, including print, digital, social, and video production. Application process...
