Whether it's for digital products like an app or website, marketing comms, legal literature, internal comms or customer service messaging, Phrase ensures that content always hits its mark by being on brand, consistent, and culturally resonant.We are looking for a proactive Partnerships Manager, APAC to spearhead and be accountable for Phrase's growth in the Asia-Pacific region.
Reporting to the VP, Global Partnerships & Ecosystem, you will work closely with the APAC Sales Lead and Regional Marketing Lead.
This is a revenue-focused role centred on developing and leveraging partnerships to source pipeline, assist with closing deals, and drive substantial regional expansion.What you'll be responsible for:Strategic Partner Development: Identify, onboard, and manage key partnerships to enhance Phrase's enterprise account success and market presence in APAC.Pipeline Generation: Proactively source and nurture partner-driven business opportunities that contribute to revenue growth.Sales Collaboration: Integrate partnerships into the sales process, supporting co-selling and deal acceleration, particularly with high-potential and large prospects/customers.Key Account Strategy: Ensure collaboration with multiple partners within the ecosystem of major enterprise and high-potential accounts.APAC Market Expertise: Develop and execute partnership strategies tailored to the distinct business environments of key APAC markets, including China, Japan, Singapore, and Australia.What you need:To align with our strategic needs, candidates should ideally have one of the following backgrounds:Localization Industry Experience:Primary: Proven partnerships experience in localization technology or services.Alternate: A successful sales background in localization, with significant collaboration and success working with partnerships.SaaS Partnerships Expertise:Requirement: Demonstrated success in managing SaaS partnerships across various partner types.
If not from a localization background, preference is given to experience in CMS or Marketing Automation SaaS companies or similar.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of proven and reference-able success in partnerships within SaaS or localization.
If not from localization, experience in CMS, content, or marketing automation partnerships is preferred.Communication and Presentation: Strong storytelling, pitching, and presenting skills, capable of engaging senior stakeholders both within and outside the industry.
