Partnership Executive

A fantastic opportunity for a highly dynamic, savvy and consumer-oriented individual with experience in either a promotions or marketing support role.

Reporting to the Partnership Manager, the Partnership Executive will provide administration of sales decks, documents and reporting, database management, prize sourcing and distribution, management of premiums and symphony activity support.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnerships & Promotions:
• Assist in creating pitching and promotion tools using assets and material supplied by Head Office & distribute to relevant agency and team members.
• Pro-actively maintain database of brand contacts.
• General support & participation in major campaigns and events as required.
• Monthly distribution of Universal partnership release schedule to partnerships database
• Assist in the creation and distribution of promotional post-campaign reports
• Research potential partners for film specific promotions including competitor activity and media monitoring
• Sourcing leads and gather market intel to refine pitches to partnerships team.
• Collaborate with Media leads to ensure maximum social media support for and by brands
• Attend quarterly Symphony meetings/conference calls and contribute to creating and executing promotional campaigns to support global priority symphony projects
• Management of Partnerships inseason passes spreadsheet and send out to partners
• Prize fulfilment, sending out merchandise and tickets and fulfilling major prizing to winners
• Work with State publicists to get quotes and book screens for partner screenings

3rd Party Contra Partnerships:
• On a case by case basis, assist in arranging contra for media promotional campaigns or industry events in coordination with National Publicists.
• Contra DVD/Blu-rays as required with Home Entertainment
• Contra Books & CDs as required with book publishers and music distributors where relevant
• Contra licensee products as required in conjunction with CP & Licensing team

Partnerships Admin:
• Invoice/purchase order/contra tax invoice processing
• Co-ordination and distribution of monthly partnership reports for head office
• Co-ordination of fortnightly Partnerships agency meetings and WIP documents
• Preparing and distribution of minutes from meetings
• General administrative support to Partnerships Manager
• Storeroom organization and management of product spreadsheet

• Participate in marketing group brainstorming to contribute ideas on all campaigns and titles.
• Coordinate promotional activity including managing creative approvals with head office, maintaining the administration and monitoring of campaigns, prize fulfilment and post-campaign analysis and all reporting throughout campaign development.
• Work with the National Publicist and Partnerships Manager on any Costume Character tours to ensure brand & Exhibitor needs are met.

About You:
Tertiary education in communications or marketing based discipline preferred.
Experience in either a promotions or marketing support role.
Excellent presentation, communication, writing and negotiation skills.
Ability to work on own initiative and collaboratively within a team environment.
Ability to work autonomously and accept direction from multiple parties.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail including grammar and spelling is a must.
Creativity and the ability to ‘think outside the square’.
Highly self-motivated, adaptable and resourceful.
Solid understanding of social media and the application of publicity and promotions across the digital platform.
Solid product and brand knowledge.
Strong Windows office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & presentation/Photoshop design skills, Premiere PRO video editing would be an advantage.
