As a Partner Manager, you will collaborate with a portfolio of partners across Australia and New Zealand, driving the growth of their Odoo business through strategic planning, business development, and direct engagement with prospective clients from diverse industries. We are seeking talented individuals with 1-3 years of experience to join our expanding team. Your responsibilities will include: Training partners on effective methods for selling and implementing Odoo solutions. Collaborating with partners to offer tailored implementation packages for end customers. Qualifying end customers by analyzing their business needs and recommending suitable local partners. Facilitating negotiations between partners and customers. Understanding partners' operations, demonstrating how Odoo can enhance their efficiency, and integrating Odoo's products and services into their business models. Retaining and developing long-term, trusting relationships with partners. Ensuring partners understand and align with Odoo's business plans to maximize synergy.
