About the Role: Become a valued member of our team with this Permanent Part-Time Sales Team Member position at Sportsgirl. Your day will consist of creating an exceptional customer experience, providing styling advice and offering recommendations, assisting with stock deliveries and visual merchandising, and working collaboratively with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
It's important to note that this is a part-time position with a set schedule of days and hours per week, operating on a rotating roster over a fortnight.
Week One - 14 Hours: Sunday 9.45am - 2.15pm (Supervisor) | Monday 11am – 2pm | Saturday 8.45am - 4.15pm (Supervisor)
Week Two - 7.5 Hours: Sunday 9.45am - 2.15pm (Supervisor) | Monday 11am – 2pm
This is a Supervisory role which involves overseeing the store, managing the team, and ensuring excellent customer service.
