Job DescriptionContinually support internal health and safety policies.Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulations.Train staff on safety procedures and protocols.Manage emergency procedures and coordinate drills.Maintain records of incidents and produce statistical reports.Recommend improvements in the health and safety management system.Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure the organisation is up to date with new legislation. The Successful Applicant A successful Health & Safety Manager will be able to demonstrate:Thorough knowledge of health and safety laws and regulations.Excellent communication and training skills.The ability to develop and implement health and safety policies.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of safety management information systems.
