Responsibilities
Lead and direct a team of maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
Follow schedules and prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning and fertilising.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices.
Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions.
Interact with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide updates on maintenance activities.
This is a mobile role. You will be working at Griffith University on the Gold Coast 2 days per week and 3 days per week at Griffith University in Brisbane.

About You
Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens.
Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
White Card.
Valid Drivers' license.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
