The Parent Pathways program is committed to helping parents and carers by offering essential guidance and resources to support them throughout their parenting and career journey.
As a Mentor, you will play a vital role in empowering parents, promoting their growth, and connecting them with key resources We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Parent Mentors to join our team on a casual or part time basis in one of the Central West locations below.
Bathurst, Oberon Orange, Blayney Parkes, Forbes Lithgow Mudgee Cowra, Condobolin, West Wyalong About you: Enjoy working with people and can build rapport to develop and maintain relationships Have an open mind and can deliver on participants' requests with professionalism and empathy Possess administration and computer skills Highly developed communication and organisational skills Ability to work within a team and autonomously Ideally have relevant experience and qualifications (minimum Certificate III or IV) or evidence of working towards a relevant qualification in community, or employment services, or be prepared to undertake the appropriate qualification.
