**The Role**

Due to growth and promotions in the team, we are looking to recruit an experienced full-time permanent conveyancing paralegals to join our growing retirement villages (RV) conveyancing team. Our RV practice is the most successful in Australia and continues to grow from strength to strength, working with the largest retirement village owners and operators nationally. As part of Australia's leading RV team you will have the opportunity to work in a booming and interesting area of law while being well supported with state of the art technology and systems.

In this role you will be part of a large and supportive team of high performing paralegals, with additional support from dedicated lawyers, senior lawyers, team leaders as well as team administrators and registration clerks. You will deal directly with our major clients on a daily basis to manage your own files.
- Please note this role is best suited to a career paralegal. Law students are encouraged to consider our clerkship and graduate programs._

**What you need**
- demonstrated conveyancing experience (minimum 12 months)
- the ability and desire to manage high volume and high quality work
- exceptional client service skills and responsiveness
- a keen eye for detail and exceptional time management and organisational skills
- an interest in contributing to process improvement and systems
- strong IT skills
- a commitment to excellence that matches our own
- a proactive approach and positive attitude.
