We are looking for a Paid Media Manager with a strong focus on social media to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing ad campaigns across various paid social platforms.
You will work closely with client-facing performance managers, Paid Social Media specialists, and the measurement team to exceed client performance expectations.
Our current team consists of six Paid Media Managers and Specialists who specialise, and we will be expanding that team to seven.
This role is ideal for someone deeply passionate about retail, e-commerce, and digital marketing, with a talent for leading teams to achieve peak performance for our clients.

Campaign Set UpBuild and manage ad campaigns for the agency across your allocated clients in all paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
).Manage the performances of your media campaigns which include but are not limited to objective optimisations, audience targeting, ad creative changes, bid pacing, exclusions, budget changes, split tests, data feed optimisation etc.Take control of your client's budgets, establish new ratios and splits by objective, placement and platform to ensure we maximise client ROI.Put forward and implement optimisation strategies for these campaigns across all paid media channels with a strong focus on paid social.Implement and test new strategy, tactics and platform features to identify best-performing strategies and maximise client's performance.Work with our measurement team to understand incremental uplift of advertising changes and optimisation the agency applies for our clients.Train and Support OthersTrain and educate internal stakeholders on the latest platform initiatives and product changes to create a better advertising offering.Coordinate a remote team of paid media specialists to support you with ad creation, management and routine implementation/optimisation efforts.Support the team in client goals, targets, and budgets during quarterly business reviews and fortnightly meetings, as well as in managing challenging campaigns and reporting on key metrics like clicks, impressions, spend, and revenue.This vacancy is specifically suited for someone who enjoys adapting to the evolving needs of both the agency and the position.What Does a Workweek Look Like?Your workweek will be dynamic and varied, with tasks related to 'being a thought leader and full-funnel strategy builder' occupying about 25% of your time.
Client-facing responsibilities will constitute 40%, allowing ample engagement with our clientele.
Devoting 30% of your time to being an inspiring leader will foster a motivating work environment.
Lastly, strategically and commercially developing the business will encompass the remaining 15%, ensuring comprehensive growth and innovation.RequirementsWe welcome diverse backgrounds, personalities, and career paths.
