Your opportunity to join our team We are seeking Packing & Production Operators to join us on morning shift on a casual basis, based at our Further Processing Facility in Thomastown.
Working Hours 4:00am – 2:40pm OR 6:30am – 3:40pm Daily Tasks Packing Ingham's frozen products into cartons (must be comfortable handling chicken products) Ensuring safe and efficient operation of equipment, particularly when setting up and when product change overs are required Assisting Line Operators in Packing area Being an active, respectful team member that is reliable and honours work commitments Get involved with safety, follow the safety rules, speak up and be mindful of risks Maintaining a high level of personal hygiene Storing and maintaining materials, equipment and tools Identifying and escalating Food Safety & Quality issues, hazards and risks. You will bring to this role Capability to perform repetitious tasks efficiently, correctly and systematically in accordance with policies and standards To be able to successfully communicate both written and verbally Ability to respond calmly and methodically when faced with obstacles Good level of fitness are required as you will manually handle up to 15kg We're looking for people who are curious, caring, courageous and committed to join us.
