What are we after? We are looking for some Leading Hands to take up position in our brand-new Packing Facility on a Wednesday to Saturday roster.

Key Accountabilities of the Role:  Operate a range of packing machines in accordance with daily orders Ensure that all tools and equipment are in working order and available for use when required Report all issues to the Packing Supervisor Assist with cleaning and housekeeping activities Perform higher duties in the absence of the Packing Supervisor Assist the Packing Supervisor to manage workloads through supervision and delegation The successful candidate will have: Good planning and organisational skills Ability to work autonomously and part of a team High attention to detail Dedication and appetite for growth  Previous warehouse packing experience as an advantage This role will suit someone who is passionate about being successful and growing within the business as Flavorite are proud to help train our teams to further their careers within the business!
With our new Packing facility being constructed, we are starting to see more opportunities become available for our Production Department.
