Salt Search is partnering with a well-established global brand to find an experienced People and Culture Manager or Senior HRBP (with experience in the marketing agency industry).
About the Role: As an experienced HRBP or Manager, you will add value from Day 1 by being the HR Lead to help coach and develop your HR team. You will be involved with strategy and operations, guiding your staff and setting them up for success.
In this role, you will: Oversee all HR operations, including escalated ER matters. Be hands-on in operations. Support and contribute to the Talent Acquisition process. Drive the development and enhancement of the P&C framework. Create and implement initiatives to boost team engagement and performance. Develop and manage training and L&D programs. Coach and develop staff and stakeholders to foster growth and alignment with company goals. Key Criteria: Proven HR qualifications and experience in a similar role with a background in managing diverse ER matters. Experience working with creative stakeholders and an understanding of digital marketing. A hands-on approach with a passion for contributing to strategy and HR operations. Deep understanding of Australian HR legislation and best practices. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. A genuine enthusiasm for Talent Acquisition and the development of people. Based in Olympic Park and offering free parking. The expectation is to be in the office 4 days a week and 1 day at home.
Salary: $160k - $170k + Super (negotiable based on experience).
