Job Opportunity: Owner's Engineer
Location: Wodonga Area - VIC
Contract Duration: Initial 18-month Contract
Roster Options: Multiple options available
A leading consultancy is looking for an Owner's Engineer to provide specialist technical guidance during the construction & commissioning phases. You will work on an exciting renewable energy project in the Wodonga area. (Full Australian work rights + experience in the Australian market are required for this role)
Responsibilities:

Act as the technical point of contact for the project and oversee the principal contractor during the project lifecycle.
Evaluate and approve engineering designs, ensuring they meet all standards.
Ensure all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.
Have regular meetings with the principal contractor's Construction Manager to spot check for issues.
Work collaboratively with internal & external stakeholders.

About You:

Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
Several years of experience across Wind, Solar, Hydrogen, or other relevant renewable projects in Australia.
Experience providing Owners Engineering and Lenders Engineering services in the renewable space.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
