Job DescriptionWe have an exciting new opportunity for people to take charge of our overnight shifts and level up their leadership expertise as our Box Hill store transitions to operating 24 hours a day.
Our shift leaders are the glue that holds the team together.
They're restaurant leaders – motivating and engaging the team, day in and day out.
They champion our food safety and food quality standards and are always focused on delivering exceptional service to everyone who walks through our doors.
There are several opportunities available, with full-time and part-time positions on offer.
About YouYou've got management experience in hospitality, customer-facing roles and/or other fast-paced environments.You've got incredible attention-to-detail and accuracy skills.You're a confident communicator and can handle challenging situations.You're eager, ready to learn, and willing to put in the effort to do your best work.You're determined to work with your fellow crew and management team to achieve success in the restaurant and hit our KPI's.You have the legal right to work in Australia.QualificationsYou've completed, or are willing to complete, a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) course in Victoria.You've completed, or are willing to complete, a First Aid course (HLTAID011) within the last three years.BenefitsThere's so much you can gain from a career at GYG.
