Outdoor Education - Group Leader (Beacon Explorers) We are seeking enthusiastic Outdoor Education Group Leaders to join our Beacon Explorers team.
Multiple positions available across a range of FTE's (0.30 FTE – 0.90 FTE)Commencing January 202512-month contracts availableSpend approx. 30-100 days in the field each yearAnnual full-time salary range of $70,817 – $79,834 (pro rata)Camp lengths range from 3 – 14 daysAs a Group Leader, your role will be to lead and mentor Beaconhills staff and students on Beacon Explorer programs. You will lead programs and assist teaching staff to deliver learning outcomes through a range of different environments, countries, and adventure activities ranging from 3 to 14 days in length.
You will be required to spend long hours outdoors, and you should be familiar with outdoor safety and natural conditions. Qualifications in bushwalking, abseiling, and mountain bike riding would be an advantage.
