We are currently seeking an Outbound Customer Service Officer for a large retailer and distributer based in Perth. The role presents a fantastic opportunity for an insight into the company and what they do.

Super on all hours
Based in Murdoch
Immediate start
6 - 12 month casual position

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Completion of high school (year 12)
Experience working in a call center as an outbound caller (desirable)
Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
Experience promoting brands
Listens to and examines information to determine internal and external customer needs
Be able to communicate and deliver high customer service excellence
Experience achieving sales driven targets
