Join the team of ED SMOs and GP Rural Generalists at Kalgoorlie Health Campus, where your expertise will shine against the dramatic backdrop of Western Australia's Goldfields region.
The PositionWe are looking for ED Senior Medical Officers (SMOs) and GP Rural Generalists to provide exceptional care at Kalgoorlie Health Campus—a 106-bed facility equipped to handle everything from fast-track cases to critical emergencies.
With 16 treatment bays, a special care unit, and state-of-the-art medical imaging services.
You'll work alongside a dynamic team of fellow ED SMOs and junior doctors, making a tangible impact on a diverse community of around 55,000 people.
How to Get There from Perth:Getting to Kalgoorlie is easy and offers a variety of scenic options:
By Road: Embark on a 6.5-hour drive along the Great Eastern Highway, enjoying the breathtaking landscape of Western Australia's Golden Outback.
By Air: A quick one-hour flight from Perth lands you right in the heart of Kalgoorlie, saving you time and giving you a bird's-eye view of the vast outback.
By Train: Opt for a seven-hour train journey and experience the iconic Prospector train ride, known for its comfort and stunning views along the way.

December 24-29, 2024 - Days (Extra 15% loading on rate for festive period!

Benefits ProvidedCompetitive Rates: $2,300 per day for SMOs and $2,700 per day for GP Fellows.

What We Require From You? ED SMO - PGY7 or above with a minimum of 3 years ED CMO experience in Australia.
? FRACGP or FACRRM certification.
? ALS2 certification.
