About the RoleYou will be an experienced OTR Tyre Technician based in the Leonora area or FIFO from WA and you will support local and mining operations with hands-on expertise in tyre fitting, stock management, and customer service. 
This role will see you operating trucks and telehandlers to fit tyres and taking a lead in maintaining customer relationships and managing stock – a pivotal position in delivering value to our clients.
What You'll Do Handle customer inquiries, quotes, and booking schedules with exceptional service. Manage orders for tyres and consumables to ensure stock availability. Maintain accurate stock levels and manage relevant inventory. Conduct tyre fitting and repairs for OTR (Off-The-Road) tyres, primarily for mining and earthmoving machinery. Perform inspections, diagnostics, and manage tyre wear and damage, ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards. Operate trucks, telehandlers, and relevant tyre-fitting equipment with a commitment to safety. Complete necessary safety documentation, such as JHAs and inductions. Assist with labour hire to nearby mining companies as required. Collaborate with team members to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. What We're Looking For Proven experience in OTR tyre fitting for mining or heavy industry equipment. Strong understanding of tyre safety, inspection, and repair techniques. Relevant certifications and tickets for tyre fitting and handling (preferred). A proactive, safety-oriented attitude with keen attention to detail. Ability to work autonomously and in a team setting within a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work FIFO (Fly-In Fly-Out) or be based in Leonora region. Why Join Combined Tyres?
