The Company

Our client is a national builder well known for delivering large and diverse projects throughout Australia.
A very well known name in the industry with high level talent throughout the business, our client is looking for the best of the best to join a team delivering a $80m commercial project.
Whilst our client has a diverse portfolio, you will be initially joining a team to deliver a new industrial project with a well-resourced team and loyal subcontractor base.

The Role

• Contribute to site meetings and work collaboratively with upper management to ensure

• Manage the engineering team assisting in setting out individual responsibilities, assisting with development, and ensuring overall team performance.

• Provide leadership in health, safety, quality, and environmental management.

• Review project documents including estimates, design drawings, proposals, and contracts per management in delivering an $80m commercial development.

• Stakeholder and resource management - Ensuring relevant labour is on site to deliver key project objectives and ensuring quality is maintained throughout.

Experience/Qualifications Required

• A stable track record of delivering similar sized projects for a local commercial construction head contractor.

• A trade or tertiary qualification in construction.

• Strong software skills in programs such as Procore, Jobpac, and MS suites.

• Compliance with legislative and policy requirements.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
