We are looking for an Outside School Hours Care Senior Coordinator to support a portfolio of 5 services across the Baldivis region. This is a full-time role.
About the Role You will:
Ensure quality and compliance in service delivery, and work with your team towards excellent rating and assessment outcomesLead and manage Service Coordinator training,performance, and developmentMinimise risk and manage safety in servicesSupport your team to manage rosters to ensure effective utilisation of team members to ensure engagement and retentionThis role also requires you to be a Nominated Supervisor. Minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Diploma in Children's Services), or have completed minimum 2 years of full time studyin a relevant fieldMinimum 2 years' experience working with children in a leadership positionCurrent and valid Working with Children Check, or state required checkCurrent driver's license is required What's in it for you?
