Job Title: Organisational Wellbeing Manager
About Us: We are the regulator of the Victorian legal profession, licensing lawyers and overseeing service standards and conduct. This includes handling complaints about lawyers, investigating poor conduct, and managing trust accounts. We are passionate about maintaining and protecting the rule of law by ensuring the integrity of the legal profession.
Role Overview: We are looking for an Organisational Wellbeing Manager to join our People & Culture Team. You will work with leaders and staff to identify and assess workplace psychosocial hazards and develop and implement a response. A key element of this role is to provide expert advice and support to regulatory leaders and managers managing particularly complex matters, including where individuals involved are experiencing significant distress.
What We Are Looking For: Demonstrated high level knowledge in psychosocial risk management and an ability to successfully support employee mental health and wellbeing. Well-developed communication, consultative and influencing skills, with a demonstrated ability to enact change and engage decision makers in the development of mental health and wellbeing initiatives and complex psychosocial issues/case management.
