Role Overview: We're looking for an Organisational Wellbeing Manager to join our People & Culture Team.
You will work with leaders and staff to identify and assess workplace psychosocial hazards and develop and implement a response.
A key element of this role is to provide expert advice and support to regulatory leaders and managers managing particularly complex matters, including where individuals involved are experiencing significant distress.
