To be successful in this role, you will have: Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business or related or demonstrated strong contemporary experience in human resources, business management or education combined with ongoing professional developmentDemonstrated experience successfully delivering programs and initiatives that support business objectivesDemonstrated experience supporting projects through all phases of the project life cycleDemonstrated ability to deliver detailed reporting to ensure management is well-informed and trends are identified for improved business performanceProven ability to work with stakeholders to achieve outcomes in an inclusive mannerAbility to manage multiple priorities to ensure objectives are metDemonstrated ability to conduct research and provide recommendationsDemonstrated proficiency in providing technical expertise, coaching and advice to relevant staff to allow them to effectively undertake their responsibilities and dutiesDemonstrated ability to build strong, credible relationships and influence, persuade or negotiate outcomes that add value to the organisationProven ability to assess and interpret information to formulate recommendations and provide specialist advice to enable the organisation to achieve quality outcomes.Other important information The salary range for this position ranges between $71.9k to $86.3k plus 11.5% superannuationThis is a Temporary part-time role - up to 6 monthsWe are able to offer hybrid and flexible working conditions for this roleThis role is located at the Wyong Administration BuildingAt Central Coast Council we provide team members with a range of extras that help them balance their life when they need it.
