Work collaboratively within the OD Team to plan, design and deliver relevant and contemporary organisational development and learning solutions that build capability and promote an engaged, inclusive and high performing culture.
With a hybrid split (Office/WFH), this role is based in Southbank, Melbourne and is part of the People Enablement team. This role will deliver real outcomes, including but not limited to: Lead and/or support the delivery of a range of organisational development processes across the OD portfolio, including learning and development, employee engagement and culture, performance management, talent & succession and diversity & inclusion.
Work with the OD Manager to design key OD and Learning frameworks that align to business strategy, meet business needs and drive desired change.
Develop, curate and implement effective multi-modal learning resources and content to drive capability uplift and behaviour change.
Facilitate leadership, culture and core capability programs at an enterprise level that are engaging and drive a step change in capability.
Partner with HR Business Partners and provide guidance to provide learning advisory and advice on the delivery of key OD processes and to understand learning needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
Foster a culture of inclusion and belonging through various OD&L interventions and support the delivery of key I&D initiatives as part of our I&D Strategy.
Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of OD & Learning programs and make recommendations for continuous improvements.
You don't need to check every box; however, we are looking for a good combination of: Track record of designing, developing and implementing multi-modal learning and/or organisational development solutions that shape organisational outcomes and behaviour change.
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment &/or substantial facilitation experience.
Credible facilitator, particularly with experience in first time leadership development.
Strong relationship and communication skills with the ability to consult with a variety of stakeholders to determine needs, propose solutions and achieve desired outcomes.
Demonstrates initiative, can-do attitude and team player that can work collaboratively across OD&L portfolio and roll up their sleeves to deliver outcomes together.
