The opportunity

We are looking for a registered Organisational Psychologist experienced in talent management tojoin the People Advisory Services team in our Sydney office.

Your key responsibilities
Work on challenging projects across a diverse range of issues including operating model and organisation design, workforce planning and talent strategy, organisational learning and capability development, culture and leadership
Create innovative insights for clients, adapting methods and practices to fit project needs
Build client networks and relationships
Manage projects and small teams to deliver quality outcomes

Skills and attributes for success
A relevant Degree in HR or Organisational Psychology
Demonstrated mastery of some or all of our services and principles, and proven ability to apply these consistently in engagement settings, as related to: people capability assessment and development, organisation design, performance management systems, people transition, culture and leadership
Proven leadership and collaboration skills
Experience in project managing engagements
Proven and proactive business development skills.

Ideally, you'll also have
Experience in consulting highly desirable
Curiosity and desire to challenge the status quo
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
