We are seeking an Organisational Development Advisor to join our team and help shape the future of our workplace culture. In this role, you will leverage your understanding of human behaviour to enhance employee engagement, drive organizational effectiveness, and support leadership development initiatives. You will play a vital role in identifying areas for growth, facilitating change management, and implementing evidence-based strategies that align with our commitment to sustainability and employee well-being. Reporting to the Principal – Organisational Development & Learning, this newly created role will support organisational effectiveness through designing, implementing, and evaluating organisational development initiatives.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
Design and deliver customised development programs to enhance the skills and abilities of professional staff.
Support the design and delivery of development programs for strategic job families (e.g. graduates, cadets and apprentices).
Develop and implement learning and development capability tools and frameworks.
Develop self-paced learning modules utilising emerging AI technologies to be deployed within Harmony Australasia's IT infrastructure.
Develop effective communication strategies to engage employees and stakeholders throughout the change process.
Support the design and implementation of performance management systems to drive accountability and improve individual and team performance.
Provide administrative support to the business with the organisation's performance management system.
Develop and implement strategies to improve diversity and inclusion across the Australasian business.
About You :
To succeed in this role, you should be self-motivated and able to work efficiently and collaboratively with:
A degree in psychology, human resources, business management or a related field is desirable.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
Strong organisational and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to design workshops as well as facilitate learning sessions effectively.
