The Role: As an Organisational Development Advisor , you will be working within our Organisational Culture and Capability team.
This position will play a pivotal role in shaping our organisational development strategies, collaborating with key stakeholders and business leaders, to foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with our values and renewed strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice and programs to drive cultural change and enhance workforce engagement.
Implement and monitor cultural improvement initiatives based on organisational surveys.
Manage and report data using Qualtrics to inform decision-making.
Support leadership development aligned with our Leadership Capability Framework.
Coach emerging leaders to achieve their development goals.
Collaborate with teams to align learning and development initiatives with organisational strategies.
Build strong partnerships with internal teams and external providers to achieve business outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you should have: Relevant tertiary qualification in Behaviour Sciences, Psychology, Human Resources or Business (highly regarded) Previous experience with change initiatives, developing strategic and transformational projects.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, strong report writing skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CXM software.
Satisfactory National Police Certificate obtained within the last 12 months.
