We are seeking a visionary Organisational Design Lead to oversee a five-year transformation program focused on modernising HR processes and creating an agile, future-ready workplace. Based in Melbourne with a flexible hybrid working arrangement, this role is central to aligning organisational structure, culture, and people with the evolving needs of the business.
As the Organisational Design Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design and transformation of organisational structures, processes, and systems. This role will focus on reimagining the way our HR systems and functions are designed to support the business. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to create a more agile, efficient, and aligned organisation.
Organisational Design Strategy: Develop and lead a comprehensive organisational design strategy to align the structure and HR systems with the business's strategic goals and future vision.Structure and Role Clarity: Oversee the redesign of organisational structures to ensure clarity in roles, responsibilities, and reporting relationships across the business.Process Optimisation: Re-engineer HR processes such as onboarding, talent management, workforce planning, and performance management to ensure efficiency and alignment with modern practices.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior leaders, HR, IT, and business units to identify opportunities for organisational improvements and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.Cultural and Leadership Alignment: Drive cultural alignment through organisational design, ensuring the structure supports a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.Governance and Change Management: Manage the governance of the transformation program, ensuring successful implementation of design changes, and drive change adoption throughout the business.Measurement and Continuous Improvement: Establish metrics to measure the success of the new organisational design and continuously improve based on data and feedback.What You'll Bring
