We deliver fit-for-purpose SAP solutions, and our services range from greenfield and brownfield implementations and change management to ongoing AMS services and support.

Based on customer requirements, we have an opportunity for an Organisational Change Analyst for a short-term contract of four months.

You will be working with a large customer in Brisbane; some odd working hours may be required to engage with customer stakeholders in international entities. This position will commence mid-October until Christmas on a full-time basis, followed by a 0.5 FTE part-time engagement until end of February.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with the completion and maintenance of the stakeholder assessment.

Identifying and assessing the impacts from the S/4HANA and SuccessFactors implementations.

Assisting in the preparation of the training needs analysis.

Coordinating the development of training content across S/4HANA and SuccessFactors and facilitating content review sessions.

Developing and maintaining the training schedule for end user training.

Coordinating the delivery of training including scheduling, room booking and sending of meeting invitations to attendees and facilitators.

Creating targeted communications with key project messages and supporting business readiness activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

Proven experience in change management and/or project co-ordination.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent active listening skills.

Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.

Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.

Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.

Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.

Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.

Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.

Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
