Full time, permanent role, commencing asap As part of the mission of the Catholic Church in the Diocese of Parramatta, the Organisational Change Lead is accountable for leading organisational change management activities that flow through to the enabling delivery of programs and projects across a portfolio. This role is responsible for providing effective and consistent engagement, leadership and decision-making on design and delivery of change across a specific portfolio of projects.
The Organisational Change Lead - Portfolio is accountable for: Developing and implementing an appropriate change management strategy to facilitate the successful execution of projects and programs within the portfolio.Identifying the impact on people through change impact assessments, readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, and building a change enablement strategy that improves adoption and minimises resistance.Ensuring changes adhere to its intention and communicating and empowering stakeholders around the change. Developing and delivering compelling communication materials, stakeholder training and awareness strategies to drive and reinforce change.Assessing organisational impact and readiness for each change initiative on a program/portfolio level.Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change.
