Key Responsibilities Answer customer stock and sales enquiriesProcess customer orders via phone & email, collect & record paymentsWork with Warehouse team to manage daily workflow of dispatch of orders with accuracy and within the given time expectationsCoordinating with freight companies and managing incoming containersUpdate & Maintain the NSW Customer Database ensuring accuracy of detailsUpdate pricing, organise stock returns and process customer creditsAbout you High achiever looking to grow with our company Individual with a high level of problem-solving abilities and the ability to think outside the box to figure out complex problems; Positive can-do attitude with the ability to motivate staffLogistics, administration, customer service experience in a similar role preferred; logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, wholesaling or trade well regardedInterpret and implement company policies and procedures with regard for best practiceAmazing communication skills and be able to maintain good relationships with all StakeholdersMotivated and reliableSound computer skills and attention to detailWilling to be flexible and able to work under pressure
