About the role
As an optical assistant, you will use your exceptional customer service skills to guide our customers through their optical journey. You will work closely with the optometrist and store team to assist customers with frame selection, lens selection & measurement, spectacle adjustments & repairs, whilst ensuring the best experience and visual outcomes.

You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident at the time of submitting your application to be considered for these roles, and be able to provide two current reference checks, hold a current Working with Children check, and a satisfactory National Police Clearance, or be willing to obtain these prior to commencement.
