Operator Maintainer

We're seeking an experienced Maintainer/Operator to join our team. Your role involves operating and maintaining equipment for efficient operations. Responsibilities include overseeing production machinery, conducting quality control checks, and performing routine maintenance to ensure optimal and safe manufacturing processes. Additional duties may be assigned based on your position, training, and experience.
Requirements Strong commitment to safety and adherence to operational guidelines.Ability to conduct quality control checks and address deviations effectively.Good communication and collaboration skills.Ability to operate and oversee production machinery.Physical fitness to perform routine maintenance tasks.Flexibility to adapt to various responsibilities as needed.Competency tickets and white card.Proven experience as an operator or similar role in an industrial setting.Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools and machinery.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Job Type: Casual
Pay: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 44 per week
Schedule: 10 hour shift
