In this role, you will provide guidance and support to team members while helping to create a fun, inclusive, and collaborative environment.
This is the perfect role for a positive and adaptable leader who excels at fostering teamwork, navigating change, and resolving conflicts with a focus on solutions.
Responsibilities: Supervise and provide guidance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Provide clear, actionable instructions to Activity Supervisors to support them.
Oversee and assist participants (kids) ensuring safety protocols are followed and equipment is used properly during the activity.
Monitor activity areas and address safety concerns professionally.
Bring energy and enthusiasm to the role, using your vibrant personality and strong communication skills to enhance the participant experience.
Foster a fun and inclusive team culture, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Stay informed across all aspects of the business: from administration to operations.
Manage stock levels and ordering, ensuring materials are available.
Handle procurement and quotes, including picking up materials from suppliers.
Respond to email communications including inquiries, bookings and reviews.
Requirements: Prior experience in customer service roles, preferably involving children.
Experience in supervising roles.
Public speaking skills.
Excavator equipment/general machinery will be highly valued.
Ute (desired).
Desired skills: Intermediate IT skills: Microsoft office, booking/reservation software, social media and rostering.
Charismatic and energetic personality with very strong communication skills.
Fun and entertaining personality.
Focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences with attention to safety and detail.
Reliable and adaptable, able to lead and support a fast-paced team.
Strong communicator and conflict resolver, ensuring clear, professional interactions.

Your KPIs: Public reviews minimum 90% positive per month.
Team reviews minimum 90% per quarter.
