In doing so, the Operations Systems Specialist will work closely with their business customers and other technology teams to support innovative outcomes that help the Workforce Planning and Crew Tracking teams maintain compliance and improve operational efficiency.The objective of the Airline Operations Technology team is to partner closely with our customers in achieving their goals in safety, compliance and efficiency; using innovative systems, solutions and specialist advice.You'll be great in this role if you have:Bachelor's degree in information management, Business Management or related field, or equivalent professional experience3-5 years' (or more) experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst or Subject Matter Expert.Experience and functional expertise in airline rostering systems (AirCrews, IBS Pairings/PBS) or other operational systemsDemonstrated skills in gathering business requirements, problem solving, identifying and assessing solutionsExperience in system configuration, maintenance and supportExperience in system test case development and testingAbility to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders, internal and external stakeholdersExposure to project planning and deliveryExperience in initiating and driving improvements to process, policy and systems to improve performanceDesirable but not essential:Previous experience working in a Workforce Planning or Integrated Operations Centre related positionExperience working in a Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) regulated environmentGreat understanding of Enterprise Agreements and working within their constraintsWhat you'll get from us:We're committed to looking after you, with some of the best benefits and conditions in the industry – including (but not limited to)Discounted flights for you and your loved ones (including $1000 worth of travel credits per year)A flexible, hybrid work style.
