We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Operations Property Manager to join a dynamic and dedicated agency in Bulimba.
This role is ideal for someone with extensive property management experience who enjoys a collaborative and supportive work environment.
The Role:You will provide cover for property managers during staff absences, including leave and sick days, and offer general operational support to the Property Management team.
Your duties will include handling day-to-day operations, supporting property managers, and assisting with client service and communication.
This position requires flexibility and strong problem-solving skills.
Requirements:Proven experience in property management with a strong background in the field.Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills.Proactive, adaptable, and efficient with strong time management abilities.Good troubleshooting skills and a flexible approach to work.Ability to cover a portfolio of approximately 160 properties, plus one larger portfolio of 340 properties.Familiarity with Property Me or similar systems is preferred.Experience with QCAT is essential.A valid driver's license and access to a car are required.Benefits:Competitive salary ranging up to $95,000 commensurate with experience.Fuel allowance of $0.98 per kilometer, reimbursed each pay run.Opportunity to work within a supportive work environment.Regular team-building activities, including quarterly team days (e.g., whale watching).Flexibility to work from home one day per week.Full admin support provided.Initial extensive handover to ensure a smooth transition into the role.Be part of a growing company that values its team and promotes a culture of appreciation and collaboration.
