The Operations Officer ensures efficient, accurate, and timely processing of various financial, operational, and administrative tasks. This role involves preparing and delivering daily, weekly, and monthly reports, managing customer withdrawals and refund processing, and conducting financial reconciliations.As an Operations Officer, you will:Perform daily, weekly, and monthly operational tasks, including financial reporting and reconciliations, customer payment management, and operational banking processes.Ensure process documentation is created and maintained for all operational procedures.Support continuous improvement initiatives and product enhancements.Provide day-to-day operational support to agents within the Pacific Lottery Network.We're looking for an Operations Officer who:Has exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Demonstrates high attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate and reliable outcomes.Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Has demonstrated experience with financial business processes.Has demonstrated experience in process improvement.Can work independently and autonomously.Our Ways of Working:We believe in fostering a healthy work-life balance.
