Staying true to our Aussie roots, we're motivated to innovate and perform as a proportion of ticket sales goes back to Australian charities and the Government.What will you be doing?The Operations Officer is responsible for customer administration and day-to-day execution of financial operations tasks for Oz Lotteries. The Operations Officer ensures efficient, accurate, and timely processing of various financial, operational, and administrative tasks. This role involves preparing and delivering daily, weekly, and monthly reports, managing customer withdrawals and refund processing, and conducting financial reconciliations.As an Operations Officer, you will:Perform daily, weekly, and monthly operational tasks, including financial reporting and reconciliations, customer payment management, and operational banking processes.Ensure process documentation is created and maintained for all operational procedures.Support continuous improvement initiatives and product enhancements.Provide day-to-day operational support to agents within the Pacific Lottery Network.We're looking for an Operations Officer who:Has exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Demonstrates high attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate and reliable outcomes.Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Has demonstrated experience with financial business processes.Has demonstrated experience in process improvement.Can work independently and autonomously.Our Ways of Working:We believe in fostering a healthy work-life balance. Our Brisbane-based hybrid model offers collaboration and connection in our office (3 days/week) and the flexibility of working from home (2 days/week).
