Operations Manager - Shopping Centre

About the role:The Operations Manager will play an important role within the Centre Management team by managing the overall operations, maintenance, and smooth running of this popular shopping centre.Duties:Oversee all aspects of hard and soft services, contractor induction and management, OH&S, preventative, and reactive maintenance.Provide support for OPEX and CAPEX budget management.Deliver small projects and assist tenancy coordination.Provide overall operational support to the team.Skills and Experience:Previous experience as a Facilities or Operations Manager in a shopping centre.Or Assistant Operations/Facilities Manager looking to take that step up into a more senior position.The ability to communicate with others and work in a team environment is critical.Computer and financial reporting literacy.Qualifications in Facilities Management, Engineering or Building Services Trade are expected.Strong knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety, Compliance and Risk.Excellent customer service skills.Ability to multitask and prioritise at a high level.A passion for retail property and shopping centres.Benefits:This opportunity will see you joining a highly regarded property company that fosters a supportive and friendly workplace culture.How to apply:Hit APPLY, or contact us on the details below:Amanda Miron or Marton Volep0467 055 ****** applications will be held in strict confidence, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
