Job Description This key management role oversees end-to-end delivery of a suite of integrated cybersecurity services to our customer.
This hands-on role will utilise your stakeholder management, operational management and service improvement skills in a high tempo environment.
Leading a small team of SDM and Operational support staff, you will coordinate with our operational teams to provide customer-centric technical support and service request fulfilment to multiple secure networks and environments.
Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team comprised of Service Delivery, ITSM and operations staff.
Partner and coordinate with the customer and provider's teams to deliver a range of cybersecurity services in accordance with performance requirements.
Manage monitoring and reporting on service performance and other operational aspects across cybersecurity services and cross functional services.
Identify, scope and deliver continuous service improvement initiatives including driving process and cost optimisation.
Manage operational escalations and coordinate across teams to respond to incidents to ensure appropriate technical management and customer engagement/communications are in place.
Be the key contact and coordination point for stakeholder operational needs to deliver the right level of stakeholder interaction, collaboration, and communications.
Oversee the production of key operational reports, risk and vulnerability assessments to ensure an overarching operational view is communicated and all artefacts meet the required quality control and standards.
Coordinate information and knowledge management for service delivery as well as contributing to the quality assurance function.
Represent Leidos in operational and management meetings and consult with leadership teams to drive outcomes.
Assist in presales and production of contract changes, proposals and Leidos submissions.
Qualifications About You and What You'll Bring You will have solid experience in operations management in large and/or complex Government settings.
The role requires a person with a strong understanding of IT Service Management frameworks, policies and practices, coupled with a disciplined but pragmatic approach.
This will include:
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and matrixed resources in an operational context.
Demonstrated experience with identifying and driving Continual Service Improvement initiatives.
Experience utilising process improvement methodologies.
Demonstrated experience implementing organisational change.
ITIL v3 or v4 certification desirable.
Strong understanding and experience in IT Support and the Systems Engineering Lifecycle intersections.
Exposure to Defence ICT systems and environments would be an advantage.
Candidates are required to have an existing NV1 security clearance.
