This role is critical in ensuring performance in manufacturing, production, maintenance, and supply, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Some responsibilities include but are not limited to:Oversee daily operations across multiple sites to ensure optimal performance.Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, streamline operations, and uphold quality standards.Develop, mentor, and inspire a multi-disciplinary team, driving collaboration and high performance across sites.Establish and track performance goals, conducting regular reviews to ensure continuous development and achievement.Implement lean manufacturing principles and foster a high-performance culture.Standardise and roll out best practice operational procedures.Manage budgets effectively, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety, quality, or efficiency.Use data-driven insights to monitor performance, track costs, and optimise outcomes.What you bring to the role:Proven experience in operations management, industrial relations preferably across multiple sites.Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on mentorship and collaboration.Demonstrated success in implementing lean manufacturing principles and driving continuous improvement.Financial acumen, including experience managing operational budgets and cost optimisation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.Commitment to fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.What we offer:We strive to support your professional and personal growth.
