We're looking for someone to join our team who has a passion for the industry and enjoys being challenged.About the roleReporting to the directors, you are an experienced leader with a successful track record in managing day-to-day operations. You will work closely with the sales team, accounting, and the technology team to design and deliver projects, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future growth of the company. As a young company, there is still a lot that needs to be done and this role requires excellent attention to detail and an 'outside of the box' thinker who can implement plans and policies to allow the company to continue scaling efficiently.Key Skills and Knowledge:Personable and good with clientsManagerial experienceCompetent with Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Access, etc.)Understand organisational systems and processesHigh attention to detail and organisedEager to learn, be challenged and add valueTrustworthy (referees required)Experience in diamonds and jewelleryOpportunities for the right person:Work with other like-minded, intelligent, innovative colleaguesDevelop your skills across multiple areas (marketing, IT, diamond industry knowledge, etc.)Be part of a fast-growing and exciting teamWork with a business that invests heavily in innovation and new opportunities
