PA, EA & Secretarial (Administration & Office Support)My client is seeking to appoint a Practice/Operations Manager to support the leadership team and wider business.This role will see you be a strategic partner for the group and support across multiple facets of the business.Provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership teamAttend and partner in Executive team/board meetingsSupport with the execution and roll out of projectsWorking closely with all team departmentsManage daily operations of the officeReporting and document controlProject Management and coordinationWorking with IT and updated procedural changesResponsible for process and change implementation and improvementsFacilities and logistics managementBusiness continuityBe the 'go to' for the leaders and teamAdvocate for team culture and the vision of the companyI am seeking to speak with candidates with the following skills/experience:5 yrs + experience within an Operations, Practice or Office Manager roleExecutive Assistant support - diary and calendar management, board meetings and minute takingExperience supporting senior leadership and broader office/teamsHas worked within Professional services, financial, accounting industry sectorsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperienced across MS Office Suites including Excel and PowerPoint and marketing platformsAn ability to prioritise a variety of projects, multiple vendors/external consultantsThis role is full time permanent, but the client will also look at a 9 day fortnight. Salary range between 120-140k.
