They offer the full Steel Fabrication Services from project management, maintenance, drafting, painting and installation. Project range from medium-sized commercial through to large commercial and industrial.

About the role

As the Operations Manager you will undertake a Senior Management level role that overseas other team leaders and business sections. You will have come from a steel fabrication background where you held an Operations Manager or Production Manager level role that included responsibilities from WHS, project deliverables, operational processes, productivity etc.

Requirements for this role
Previous experience in a leadership / management level role.
10+ year background in steel fabrication / steel manufacturing or steel construction management.
Project management, production management, WHS, financial management and operational experience.
Highly developed communication skills.
