Knight Frank has an exciting opportunity and we're currently seeking an Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of the office, preform local finance and administration tasks as well as ensuring the environment is maintained to the highest level. This role will also see you managing a small concierge team.
There is scope to really take ownership, get creative and provide strategic advice to our business. This varied role is dynamic and will ensure no two days are the same.

This role will involve but is not limited to:
Oversee the completion of State monthly report, forecasting and CRM.
Manage NSW business compliance including real estate licences and certifications
Manage and coordinate WHS compliance and be the WHS champion for the state
Working with Marketing plan and deliver corporate & social Knight Frank events for NSW
Management of Concierge team
Approving IT requests, overseeing IT set-up and support for staff
Office Administration including quarterly updates, monthly admin/support meetings, office maintenance and supplier management
To be considered for this role you will ideally have:
At least three years of experience in operational management roles within a professional services environment, preferably with some background in commercial property
Have strong attention to detail
Possess superior organisation skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Be a confident communicator with a demonstrated ability to engage with the team
Have previous experience in event management/coordination
Be a team player and have a sense of humour
