Reporting to the Stakeholder Engagement Management the purpose of this role is to enter data into the client database (Webclean) in a timely and accurate manner. Provide administration support to the cleaning operations team as required.
The primary responsibility of this role is to:
Enter data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted.
Cleaner ID cards.
Reporting from Webclean for client reports.
Assist the admin team to support operations.
Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
The person we are looking for will need to have:
Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills
Office Administration experience
Demonstrated intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to work autonomously and within a team
The incumbent may be required to undertake a working with children check.
