You will ensure workshop activities are planned and executed in a safe, efficient and cost-effective manner plus manage and lead overhauls of business-critical spare parts, components and equipment to assist operational readiness of the marine fleet.Experienced, willing, and with great attention to detail: Here's who we're looking for.You are a trade qualified hands-on leader experienced in ensuring workshop activities are planned and executed in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.You are experienced in managing overhauls and operational readiness of business-critical spare parts, components, and equipment.You ideally have experience in marine maintenance with an understanding of relevant materials and classifications.You are flexible and adaptable, and keen to cross-develop within the marine technical team.You are passionate about developing your team and encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and quality control improvements.This bit matters!
