Details of the offer

Responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operations to ensure smooth business functioning. This role also involves collaborating with vendors, managing data and documentation, adhering to procedures, and resolving operational issues.

Key Responsibilities: Manages and coordinates daily operational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient business functions. Collaborates with customers, suppliers, vendors and agencies, where required, to establish and maintain service agreements. Independently plans, prioritizes and organizes workload to meet deadlines and departmental objectives, while adhering to established operational procedures. Processes and manages data and documentation, maintaining accurate and organized records. Resolves operational issues independently or escalates complex situations to appropriate personnel. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Education: Secondary education or equivalent.

Minimum Experience: At least two (2) years of relevant work experience is required. For Associate level, prior experience is not required.
